This group is open to all members. Theatre seats are reserved by the co-ordinator at Cliffs Pavilion and Palace Theatres in Southend, the Civic Theatre in Chelmsford, the Mercury in Colchester, or occasionally smaller local venues. Visits are usually once a month for an evening or sometimes matinee performance. Members can put their names down on signing in sheets at the monthly meetings or by contacting the co-ordinator. Based on the hugely popular TV comedy series, this sequel to the popular stage production of ’Allo, Allo’ continues the adventures of reluctant resistance hero and harassed café owner, René Artois, in German-occupied wartime France.
